Tryon Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant – Lake Oswego, Oregon

Tryon Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant

As part of an Enhancement Master Plan for the Tryon Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, GreenWorks developed landscape architectural master plan elements for the City of Lake Oswego that in conjunction with architectural improvements address community concerns of site aesthetics and future development compatibility. Pedestrian pathways, living walls, and a wastewater treatment education entrance plaza help to strengthen the relationship between the plant and the adjacent Foothills Park, neighborhoods, and anticipated development in this evolving riverfront area. The landscape design complements the natural features of the Tryon Creek Corridor while maintaining plant security.
