Anya believes in using nature as a guide for finding solutions to complex landscape problems

Anya Moucha

Anya is a landscape designer who connects communities with the environment around them. With a strong interest in ecological systems, Anya believes in using nature as a guide for finding solutions to complex landscape problems.

She has worked on projects of all scales, from small urban courtyards to dramatic stream restoration and stormwater projects. As a landscape designer, she brings in lessons from her background in land conservation and environmental policy.

Anya served two terms with the RARE AmeriCorps Program, helping to support rural communities around Oregon. In this role, Anya explored all corners of the state and get to know the communities and ecoregions that comprise it.

Anya is an ISA Certified Arborist and a SITES Affiliated Professional. She has worked on numerous projects pursuing the SITES sustainability certification.

Anya loves working at GreenWorks because of the deep commitment to thoughtful and sustainable design.

When Anya is not typing commands into CAD, she can be found camping in the woods, practicing yoga, or sharing a meal with friends.
