Jackson Bottom Wetlands

The Jackson Bottom Wetland Preserve is an active floodplain of the Tualatin River. GreenWorks, in collaboration with environmental consultants and engineers, prepared a Pre-Design Report for Clean Water Services and the Jackson Bottom Wetlands Preserve. The report focused on proposed improvements to the Preserve including: floodplain habitat enhancement; improved geometry of floodplain features; pre-treatment of runoff from adjacent industrial property; recreational/interpretive trail opportunities; retention of agricultural land; and increased native landscapes.
