Madeline Gambino
Madeline is the Office Manager at GreenWorks. She works to maintain a close relationship between different departments while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. She enjoys working independently and with a team while providing support for projects and everyday accounting needs.
She believes there is a place and role for everyone, and that hard work and learning are required to accomplish your goals. She admires the GreenWorks mission as it relates to life in the Pacific Northwest – a nature and design-focused region of the country.
Before GreenWorks, Madeline worked with the Portland Japanese Garden fundraising team to grow their donor cultivation, stewardship, and communication efforts. Her key skills include data management, event assistance and coordination, as well as oral, written, and visual communication skills. Madeline is also a professional ballerina with a past career as a soloist, as well as a trained ballet instructor. Now, she’s motivated by making dance accessible to all as a ballet teacher for adult beginners at Northwest Dance Project in NE Portland.
Madeline enjoys working at GreenWorks because she is fascinated by her colleagues’ creativity and passion for their work. When Madeline is not running around the office, she can be found at the ballet studio or walking around town with her dog and a latte.
