Mikayla is a Landscape Designer who works to help connect diverse communities to their surroundings.

Mikayla has worked on a variety of projects ranging from public parks, campgrounds, and restoration sites. With a background in Environmental Studies, she values holistic design that includes people, plants, animals, and natural systems.

She also has a passion for sustainability and values designs which help communities adapt or mitigate to the effects of climate change.

Mikayla loves working at GreenWorks because of the positive and collaborative studio culture, and the emphasis on a systems thinking approach to design.

When Mikayla is not getting lost in a Photoshop render or drafting in AutoCAD, she can be found baking, gardening, or hiking.
