The City of Tigard Downtown Improvement Plan from 2005 recommended functional improvements to Main Street for street connectivity, transit, pedestrian circulation, street lighting and an attractive streetscape. The Main Street Phase 2 project implements the final phase of these recommendations and continues the improvements completed during Phase 1. GreenWorks is working as part of a team with Century West on scope that includes hardscape improvements in pedestrian zone, irrigation, and planting.
