Meet Jeff Boggess

Landscape Designer

Jeff has been part of the Greenworks team off and on since 2002. His expertise centers on design and illustration, where he’s driven by a passion for creating vibrant public spaces that enrich human experience while supporting ecological resilience.

After his first two years with Greenworks, Jeff moved to Germany to join Ramboll Studio Dreiseitl, where he contributed to and managed a wide range of global, large-scale projects. His work spanned new eco-cities in China, urban planning efforts in Scandinavia, and river re-naturalization within an urban park in Singapore, among others.

Following nearly five years abroad, Jeff returned to Greenworks, bringing with him a broadened international perspective and skillset. Since then, he has applied his experience to award-winning projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, often involving green infrastructure, waterfront and habitat restoration, stormwater management, and nature play environments.

Jeff brings strong conceptual design skills and a refined graphic sensibility to every project, helping teams develop and communicate thoughtful, site-specific solutions that balance creativity, technical rigor, budgets, and timelines.

He values Greenworks for its supportive team culture, commitment to quality, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on both natural and built environments.

Outside the studio, Jeff enjoys trail running, surfing, baking sourdough, playing basketball, and walking his dogs.
