Kate Bramer is the Office Manager at GreenWorks, where she collaborates with Marketing, Accounting, and Leadership teams to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. With a sharp eye for detail and a systems-minded approach, she builds operational frameworks that are both efficient and thoughtfully designed.

Kate believes good design goes far beyond the visual. It shapes how we experience our work, our environment, and each other. She brings this perspective into everything she does and is always looking for ways to make things more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.

With a background in architectural operations and arts administration, she blends creativity with organization and has a natural ability to connect the dots (and the people). She’s led operations in several Portland Architecture firms and managed a sales team for a national arts magazine. She’s inspired by GreenWorks’ mission and past projects and is excited about the opportunity to contribute to work that makes a lasting impact, both locally and beyond.

Outside of the office, she can be found with her dog Ollie at one of Portland’s many dog parks, on the coast, or in yoga class. She loves experimenting with new sewing projects and recipes, and as a Portland native, will be the first to recommend the best spot in town for (fill in the blank).
