GreenWorks has been working on the Riverfront Connections project in The Dalles over the course of several years, helping to improve connectivity to the waterfront. In Phase II, GreenWorks is working with KPFF on scope that includes streetscape improvements like street furniture, pavement, and street tree plantings.
