GreenWorks is partnering with Kimley-Horn and the Cullinan Park Conservancy to design the L.E.A.P. (Learn, Explore, Appreciate, Play) Nature Exploration Zone—an inclusive outdoor destination within Joseph & Lucie H. Cullinan Park. The project aims to create a universally accessible environment that invites children of all abilities to connect with nature through play, discovery, and exploration.

GreenWorks’ role includes site analysis, concept development, and design development for key elements of the Nature Exploration Zone. The design celebrates the park’s rich natural systems and cultural context, using them as inspiration for playful, educational, and sensory-rich experiences. Through schematic design and stakeholder collaboration, GreenWorks is crafting a cohesive vision that integrates seamlessly with ongoing park improvements while encouraging hands-on interaction with the environment.

The L.E.A.P. Zone will feature immersive play areas inspired by local flora, fauna, and natural processes, supporting Cullinan Park’s mission to foster empathy for nature and lifelong environmental stewardship.
