The Fanno Creek Trail Alignment Study assessed the feasibility of completing the final two-mile gap along the 15-mile Fanno Creek Greenway (FCG). GreenWorks led a multi-disciplinary team to analyze alignment options that resulted in a safe and contiguous route serving active transportation, recreation, and opportunities for connecting with nature for the community of Tigard and the greater region.

GreenWorks also collaborated with the City of Tigard to identify potential locations for trail amenities and future projects along the existing and proposed Fanno Creek Trail alignment. The trail amenities study identified key placemaking locations and explored ways to enhance the user experience by creating elements of consistency and distinction along the entire 15-mile trail.
