Terminal 1 will transform this property along with Columbia River into a diverse setting for shopping, recreation, and entertainment. A new Market Building and Hotel will provide attractions for local and visitors, and they will find a vibrant open spaces, plaza, shade pavilions, reflecting the industrial heritage of the site, connecting to the larger community, adjacent Vancouver Waterfront Park, and nearby amenities through the Renaissance trail. Greenworks worked closely with the Port of Vancouver and team to infuse culture and ecology for this site - a true expression of People + Nature by Design.
