Experience Wenatchee Riverfront Trail Types in a Virtual Environment

The Apple Capital Loop Trail through Riverfront Park in Wenatchee, Washington is often so busy that cyclists and pedestrians face challenges using the shared space.

As part of our recent collaboration with the City of Wenatchee and the Chelan County Public Utility District on a Riverfront Park Development Plan, the GreenWorks team developed a number of different trail configurations in these areas to alleviate these issues and provide safe and clear areas for users on foot or on wheels.

We created our proposed design for the park in a virtual environment to help users and decision makers experience each of the design choices.
